22. Delegation of power :

22.1 The Board may, as required, delegate its power under this Act or Rules 27 or Bye-laws made thereunder to the Chairperson, any member of the Board or any sub-committee.

22.2 The Chairperson or the General Manager 28 may, as required, delegate his or her powers to any officer-level employee of the Corporation.
